GRADE SPECIFICATIONS FOR JAPANESE TIRE CASINGS

A-GRADE
- First life original & virgin casings.
- No significant ozon & weather cracking.
- No ply / belt / rubber separation.
- No section repairs.
- No exposed textile fabric / steel cord.
- Maximum of two nail holes of similar type injuries up to 1/4"are allowable in the crown area only.
- No sidewall damage.
- No bead damage or distortion.
- No run-flat condition.
B-GRADE
- Section repairs are allowable.
- Tread cuts into textile fabric / steel cord not exceeding one inch in diameter causing some rusting / corrosion are acceptable.
- Maximum or four nail holes or similar type injuries up to 1/4" are allowable in the crown area only.
- Minor injuries on the sidewall area not damaging textile fabric / steel cord are allowable.
- Maximum of two damages to rubber only in the bead area, each less than two inch long are allowable.
- All other conditions are the same as for Grade "A".
R-1 GRADE
- Previously retreaded casings.
- Section repairs are allowable.
- Minor injuries on the sidewall area not damaging textile fabric / steel cord are allowable.
- All other conditions are the same as for Grade "A".
* Remarks
We cannot prepare TOP CAP(PRECURE) only and HOT CAP(MOULDCURE) only at R-1 Casings.

- How to do business
- We will talk about purchase order with customer.
We accept the order and send Proforma invoice.
We receive deposit(50% of Proforma invoice).
We load and inspect tires one by one.
After the container loading, we will send actual invoice and B/L copy(send by E-mail).
We send original B/L or surrendered B/L(telex release) after received balance payment. - Can you load mixed of used tire and casings ?? How many tires can be loaded in container ??
- Yes, we can load.

Please note – If there are mixed of tires, the loadability will be change.

- Free from claim up to 3% of total load quantity. Faulty tire exceeding 3%,
We will be replaced at time of next shipment. We need detail claim report from importer.
We cannot adjust old claim. If claim will be occurred, please let us know within 40days after delivered the cargo.
If there is no scheduled order, we will refund it into the customer's bank account by wire transfer.
